I am incredibly proud and thankful to my company Mortgage Solutions Financial!! Today we just made it it possible for one of our customers, a homeless veteran, to become a homeowner. Despite all the challenges with the loan, our underwriter utilized the manual underwriting process (I call it the common sense approach) to approve the loan for our veteran. 

We cannot be more excited for our veteran knowing that he will no longer has to sleep on the streets, in his car and most recently in some run down hotel that charges him an arm and leg per night. 

I expect our veteran to have the keys to his new home by the middle of next week and I will be there to celebrate the occasion with him.
